Thanks! It's not that good of a movie but I think that the screenwriters did the best they could given the source material.

yup, i feel the same. the film maker had done their best.^^;;;;

1.the movie managed to make Bella look less like a bitch without highlighting her treating her schoolmates/father like crap part.
2.Alice is very cute in the film.
3. the landscape was shot really beautifully in the film.
4. the 'bad' vampires were kind of cool at first.
5. the anti feminism message isn't so obvious in the film.

still it has a long way to go before the movie becomes a good vampire film.
